1. Discovery call.
We meet over video or phone to explore your vision, venue, and color palette and gather any inspiration images you already love.
2. Concept design.
Our team builds a mood board and two or three hand sketched concepts that translate your story into artwork, typography, and layout.
3. Refinement and proofing.
You receive digital proofs, provide feedback, and approve final files while we fine tune colors and wording until every detail feels perfect.
4. Print and delivery.
We print and assemble your suite in house, then package everything in protective boxes and ship directly to your door ready for mailing or display.

A full custom suite that includes original paintings, envelope addressing, menus, and day of signage typically needs four to six months from first consultation to final delivery, while print-only invitation refreshes can often be completed in half that time.
